Hi!
How do you setup/configure KDevelop to efficiently develop for Qt4/KDE4? By efficiently I mean eg. code completion that works for Qt4 base classes, etc. Thanks!

I did not use kdevelop for programming anymore, but at the time I have used it, I followed these instructions and it works very good, also with code completion for Qt4 and KDE4 base classes.

Thanks for the pointers!
Btw. what do you use for programming now? (C++?)

I am using emacs for programming (C++, perl, bash, ...). There are some lisp scripts in the kdesdk module in trunk, but I am not using them very often.

You should talke a look at kdevelop 4. It is still in development.
But it is quite usable by now and works ok for kde4/qt4 + cmake development. I like it more than kdev3. Though a lot of things are missing. See the posts of the last months on planetkde.org about kdev4 and its new features.

Yes, KDevelop 4 is nearing stable release. In fact most of the KDevelop developers are using it for production. It works particularly well with CMake projects. If you are not afraid of the occasional bug/crash, then usage of KDevelop beta 6 is encouraged.
