Hello!
I recently installed KDevelop, with the 3.9.98 version. However it doesn't open from the menu. When I try to run from the konsole it shows me the following message:
I searched in my system and I have the kdevplatform package in my system. Anyone has any clue about this error?

You need to rebuild either your KDevPlatform or KDevelop packages. If they are binaries from a distributor, ensure your packages are up to date, then contact the packager.

Thanks, bcooksley!
Little too late for the answer, but I updated my repos and worked quite fine.
