Being a KDevelop user but using it under a KDE4 environment I am impatiently waiting for KDevelop4. I really don't know much about it, what it will entail or what news it will bring. There isn't much (any?) news percolating out of the DevCloister, and the app page isn't saying much and is very rarely updated. Also, I haven't found any regularly updating blogs talking about it.

I want frequent updates, teases, tidbits, anything damnit! :) Please, could anyone in the know, and preferably someone on the dev team, keep us updated? No, you don't need to give us John Romero-like hype, but news and screens and whatnot would be wonderful!

Which can be done easily through cia.vc, which monitors many open source projects, including the entire of KDE.
the KWord one is here: https://cia.vc/stats/project/kde/kword
and KSpread here: https://cia.vc/stats/project/kde/kspread
and Kexi here: https://cia.vc/stats/project/kde/kexi
and KPresenter here: https://cia.vc/stats/project/kde/kpresenter

Thank you for the advice, it is certainly useful and valuable! It was also a bi depressing to see how few commits there are to KDevelop4 :(
