Those messages usually mean some other application is using the device, that the device is not ready for the computer yet or that the device is not properly powered/connected to the computer.

Have you checked the Phone/Camera with another computer or USB cable? The cable itself, or the USB port on the computer could have issues.

Given that this type of error comes from the Kernel level, the only thing I can think of at this point is bad hardware on the computer side or a Kernel bug.
To rule out hardware problems, have you tried with a Live CD, preferrably of another distribution? For a Kernel bug, make sure you have applied all updates, and ensure that the initrd and kernel images used by GRUB are up to date (your package manager should take care of that however).

its probably a kernel error then.Cause i just updated to see if that takes care of it and i did try a live cd i tried OpenSUSE but it installed and didnt boot up so with that bein said its probably both correct?

If the openSUSE Live CD worked, then it is a kernel bug currently in your distribution, yes.
If it did not work - and the kernel versions were different - then it could be a hardware issue (although in that case, just try different USB ports - preferrably on a different part of the machine)

kinda figured it was hardware cause when i loaded the Live CD for OpenSUSE it booted and installed but it wouldnt boot after i installed it so i dont whats going on really if the kernel version is different can i compile a new kernel to fix this problem?

Myself, I have never had to custom compile a kernel. It is impossible to tell if a different kernel version would fix this. You should still be able to access your phone under the Live CD envrionment - it was not necessary to install openSUSE on your system (unless you want to keep using it of course

lol my original plan was to install and use OpenSUSE but that just didnt work out i guess lol thnx for the tips so if i compile and install the new kernel u cant really tell if it would work? so its basically we find out when we cross that bridge

Yes, it will be a case of finding out when you load the new kernel.
Have you tried a Live CD of another distribution other than openSUSE?

Ok, given that Ubuntu works, then this is definitely a Fedora kernel issue. You may be able to find a newer or older kernel in Fedora's repositories for you to use which may help.
You can get the Kernel version using "uname -a". Alternately, you could file an issue in the Redhat/Fedora bug tracker regarding this issue.
