Just a quick question about konqueror...

Is this syntax in the address bar the correct syntax to get a secure ftp port 22 connection to a remote server?

fish://username@www.mysite.com

That is the correct syntax, yes.

Note that you can also use sftp:// which will be faster as it uses native SSH extensions. Most SSH servers should support it. The syntax to use is the same.

fish:// depends on you having shell access to the system in question.
