Hi,
How would I bring up a split view with two different locations, i.e. address bars, in Konqueror? I can bring up split views but they both point to the same location... |

Not sure if I understand your question correctly; when you have split views, the address bar shows the location of the current view. You can click inside a view to make it the current. That way you can have many views showing different locations with only one location bar.

Hi,
I want two seperate address bars, one for each view, so I can upload and download from server to local machine via fish and ssh. I have one address pointing to server, and the other address I want to point to my local machine for drag and drop upload and download. |

EDIT: OK so you got it, great.
![]() As far as I know it's not possible to get two address bars. You can still get what you want be entering the first location in the address bar, split view, and then enter the second address - no need for two address bars. (You can think about how the address bar and tabs work in web browsers, for example.) If you really need two separate address bars, you can get it with the split view in Dolphin.

@Hans It is possible to have multiple Address Bar. i.e, Address Bar for each Split View.
I ad it in my Machine but I lost it when I changed my Laptop and did a fresh install. I don't find the setting to show Individual Address Bar for each View in the new Install. I had done this setting in my Old Machine Years back. and had since been copying all my setting files even when I changed my Laptops. Can anyone help me get it back in new install?
