I installed gnupg4win so that I can encrypt emails in Thunderbird. When I launch Kleopatra on Win 7, I get the hourglass for about 3 secs and then nothing happens. There is no task in the Task Manager. Best way to troubleshoot?

Can you check to see if it has backgrounded itself into the System Tray? Also, look for any Kleopatra related processes in the "Processes" tab of Task Manager.
