Kwallet annoying

Sun Sep 08, 2013 9:19 pm
Kwallet was popping up every time I started computer asking to be opened in order to enable secure wireless connection.
I got frustrated with this, because password is already stored in network manager, no need for kwallet.
So I disabled the wallet subsystem in System Settings.
It is not the first time that kwallet misbehaves by being intrusive.
I think the app needs improvement.
My $.02.

Just set an empty password for your wallet, and kwallet shouldn't bother you again with a password request. ;)

Well, I didn't do that because of the big notice "not recommended", but will try it.
Thank you.

I have done that many years ago. Of course it is not as secure, but well...
