No IBus choices in Input Method tab

As you can see in the picture, I can't select any input method. I have installed ibus-m17n and my IBus input (ibus-bogo). I use Mint 16 with KDE 4.11.5

Please don't open a second topic - see my reply to your other thread.

Sorry if this violates the forum's rule, or makes you annoyed. This thread (https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=225&t=108047&start=15) is about missing the Language Option in the System Settings, the goal is searching for IBus. It's different to this thread, which has IBus already found, but useless.

I see - my apologies, I thought these two were related.
In which control module is this functionality offered?

I find this by pressing alt+f2 and search for Keyboard Input Method

I'm afraid I don't get any results for that. Can you provide a screenshot of the whole window please?

That dialog appears to be provided by IBus itself - rather than KDE. It looks like a Gtk dialog, themed using Oxygen Gtk. As for why it isn't letting you select your input method, i'm afraid I don't know.

I change the theme to something else not gtk, and I can select it now. Thanks for helping me. It seems that this is a bug, right?

This is a bug, yes - but not in KDE. It is a defect in the Gtk theme you are using, or the Qt Gtk style implementation. You would need to change the Gtk theme you are using to something generic (like Clearlooks) and retest with that to find out which one of the two are at fault here.
