Rekall Database Source Code

Sun Aug 17, 2014 2:22 am
I'm in need of a database, that I can run under both Bohdi Linux and Mac OSX. Since I'm learning QT, and I searching came up with Rekall as a QT application, I'd like to get a copy of the source.

Only problem is I can't find the source anywhere.

Suggestions?

the project appears dead and gone for a bit of years, probably never ported to QT4 or KDE4

you might find a src.rpm rom a pre-KDE4 distro on a server somewhere or you might try contacting the company that developed it theKompany, though it's not listed on their website anywhere (assuming its the same company)

Download.com has a copy (so they say from 2010) http://download.cnet.com/Rekall-for-Lin ... 10799.html

A Linux download doesn't help with Max OSX. That's why I'm looking for source, so I can use it on both (assuming I can get it to compile...)

Hehe. Guess I wasn't awake :)

Actually managed to get the source off a website that no longer exists, but is archived on archive.org - I'm going to drop it into the current version of QT, and see what errors it spews out on compile.

This could be fun!
