[Solved] Okular "Could not open xxx.pdf" on startup

Hello,

on every startup Okular tries to open a .pdf which is no longer there.
I tried to copy a .pdf to the needed path/name and I also tried to delete .kde/share/apps/okular and .kde/config/ocularrc, okularpartrc. Both to no avail.

I remember having similar problems with Kate, that I solved with deleting .kde

But I hope for a less radical solution

Any ideas?
