is your distribution .deb based?
did you try installing using the command line?
does muon and synaptic display the .deb file? if so when you attempt to install do you get any messages? does synaptic and muon search/process the folder you placed the .deb file in? |

Thanks, I've tried all this method, and afterwards I've checked in internet and found that my chromebook is based on ARM architecture, so on Linux I can't install programs as screamingfrog or dropbox. I think this could be the reason why I can't find these package neither in synaptic and muon. Could you agreed with me? Do you think there are an other option?

I have no experience with Arm but it could be that there when compiling the package there is x86 specific code and since there is no available source code you can't compile it - would suggest you contact the vendor
when attempting command line install are there any error messages? |

Yes, but now I've solved the problem. I needed some other packages to complete installation. But I get it. Thanks for your help. In the error message were written the package's names I needed to install.
