Does not have to be a widget but need to function similarly - click "title" of "snippet" and copy the text to the clipboard

Would be nice if it could use the existing .xml file as I have 40+ "snippets

looked at:
Kate but too many steps and the resulting text is not going to be used in Kate
Bookmarks in Konsole but the selected text is automatically executed
Glipper only saves from history and does not (I think) allow naming the "snippet"
