I've recently upgraded my installation of Kubuntu linux which caused my kate version to jump from 5.0.0 to 15.08.2.
Typically when I double-click an error line in the output tab it opens the mentioned file and then highlights the line where the error occurs. Now with the new version when I do the same thing it gives me this sort of error: The file http://somefile.gpr could not be loaded, as it was not possible to read from it. Check if you have read access to this file. Thats what happens when I try to follow a compile error in "somefile.gpr" which is on my local computer and its already opened with kate. Why is it attaching "http://" to the front of my file? Is there a setting that controls this behaviour? Thank you for your help. |
