KDE shortcuts incorrect AZERTY / QWERTY behaviour

Hello,

I have an azerty keyboard. When setting shortcuts, they display as expected in the list, eg. Z for Z.

However, to actually activate the shortcuts, I need to pretend the keyboard is QWERTY. For instance, to activate my Meta+Z shortcut, I must press Meta+W (or rather, I must do the inverse operation when setting my shortcuts).

This is a trifle annoying, and manifestly a bug. Has anyone else run into it ? Is it known ? Should I report it ? Is there a workaround ?

Best,
G.
