Hello,

I had just gotten used to using KDECONNECT daily and then it stopped working. All the plugins on the phone say:

'This plugin is not supported by the device.' I assume the device it's referring to is the remote.. but who knows???

Both the phone and the desktop are running the current version of the program.. I tried other versions from the fdroid repository.. but no joy there.

It's back to sftp for now... any help would be appreciated.

I don't have any debug info to share.. and the kde desktop app doesn't even have an about tab that lists it's version number.. apt

Thanks,

Nicholas

I recently had the same problem.

It turned out that I was running version 1.2 of the Android app. For some reason unknown to me, the update wasn't being pushed to my device automatically, but on investigating, I realised that the version listed here was 1.3.

I installed the updated version from the play store and everything works again.

Thank you very much, that solved it! This is curious..now I'm wondering if other apps are missing out on important updates?? But that's another matter..

Thanks again!
