Trouble with USB 3.0 PCI Card

Thu Sep 01, 2016 4:56 pm
Greetings

I am new on this forum, so apologies if I have put this question in the wrong section :-\
I have recently moved to KDE Neon, and loving it. However I am having a bit of trouble with my USB 3.0 PCI card that I have installed.
The card itself has a USB 3.0 20-pin connector on it, which allows you to connect it to your front panel on the PC case (http://bit.ly/2bMXh9b).
For some reason, KDE recognises the ports on the card itself, but not to the front panel ones.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, this is more likely to be an issue much further down the stack (kernel driver for the card). KDE software doesn't talk to PCIe cards or detect USB hubs.

I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.
