Hi all, I have a strange issue here! I can scroll in browsers and other applications, but anything that is a KDE application pre bundled with Kubuntu doesn't scroll. Is there a setting or something else I need to change to enable mouse scrolling on KDE Applications?? Plasma 5. Cheers

Previously I was using Kubuntu 16.10, I've reinstalled using KDE Neon Dev Stable and I'm experienceing the same issue.

What I've also found is that opening the mouse settings and making any change brings the functionality back again. For example, changing the Icons setting from Single Click to Double Click then back again fixes the issue! Strange!

Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

Seriously?? Nobody knows how I can reset the mouse settings via a command line or script so that when I restart my machine I don't have to manually do it.. I didn't think it would be that challenging. I've looked for mouse settings or similar in ~/.config/ but I can't see where the mouse settings are stored. Perhaps somebody can help me there?
