KHTML and Java

Fri Feb 10, 2017 2:43 am
I have been trying to find Open Source solutions using either KHTML or Webkit in Java programs. I'm kind of surprised that there don't seem to be any development of that sort anywhere to be found. I want to develop a Java browser but can't find a suitable rendering engine around. Any Ideas or suggestions?

A quick google search turns up this Stack Overflow question which mentions that JavaFX has a WebView component that uses WebKit to render a given html page
