KDE Connect Stop Working

Hello, i have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 with the app KDE Connect stop working after a while :'(

any solution?

That really is not a lot of information to go on.

What, where, how and when come to mind. start kdeconnect from the cli on your computer for a start. Does it start? If not, what is the output?
