When I select a link in Chrome a popoup appears showing me some possible actions for the link.

There is an option to disable this temporarily apparently. Once clicked the disable entry, this messagge appears:

This message does not make sense, given that the applet is not called klipper anymore and that left clicking on it does not show that option.

At the next reboot this popup is active again. How can I totally disable it?
