This is my first post on this forum, no idea if I am in the right place...
Someone at my company (in Canada) installed Kleopatra for some employees, and with the pandemic these employees started working from home. One of them can use Kleopatra while in the office, but it stops working when she is working from home. Kleopatra starts up, and she can open the site but cannot get the Sign/Encrypt screen to come up. A colleague of hers can use Kleopatra both from the office and home, so this is really puzzling. Worse, the office in question is located in a different town and province in Canada, so I have to remotely figure this out. I need all the help I can get, if anyone knows this problem or can point me to the right people/forum group, I would really appreciate it!! I am just a tech support guy, and I have never dealt with Kleopatra or similar software before (complete newbie on this front). Thank you, Colin. |
