I have Kubuntu 22.04 installed and I have it looking like I want, except for the notifications that pop up in the lower right. The background is black and the text is almost as dark as the background. I have a screenshot showing one.

Below where it says Copying(Finishewd) is some text that you might be able to see. I'd like to find out how to change the color of the text or the background so I can read the notifications.
