After installing KDE Connect on a Windows 10 Home system with two graphics cards
- AMD Radeon HD 7400M series
- Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

I got this error message the first time I started it

Loadlibrary failed with error 1114: A Dynamic link library dll initialization routine failed.

set the Maximize Performance option and the error was fixed .
