I turned off my monitor and turned it on again. Now all of a sudden, the monitor will only function during the login screen. Can anyone help me?

Can you see it or configure it in System Settings -> Display and Monitor -> Display Configuration?

If you using nvidia's driver and X11, there is also Nvidia X Server Display Settings.

Probably not the issue, but just in case, KScreen 2 seems to be involved with the power state of monitors - I normally disable it because I want to control that kind of stuff, I don't like it moving windows from one screen to another. That would be under System Settings -> Startup and shutdown -> Background Services
