After latest Kernel update (to 2.6.27-12) I can't shutdown or restart my computer from any of KDE GUI options. But I can shut it down from LXDE. Here are screenshots to illustrate the problem:
I should also add that I manually added the new kernel to GRUB even though I don't know if that has to do anything with it.

Yes, but by installing LXDE Kubuntu repos demanded to install GDM to. So that might be a problem. And I do think that my rc.conf has both of them in daemons to start... After checking I'm staring to think that kubuntu dosen't have that like Arch has... I know that when I shutdown they are both listed KDM and GDM. But I have no idea how to change it in Kubuntu. Ironically I know exactly what to do in Arch (which I played with long time ago...)
