Check your enchant and aspell configurations. You may be able to add to their dictionaries manually.

The "aspell" command may help here. Have you tried System Settings > Regional & Language > Spell Checking?

- i've add a word in systemsettings but when i write it is alwayes underlined.

- When i add a word in the custom dictionnary (right click on the word → add to dictionnary) the word is added the time that i run the application.
when i close the application and open it again, the word is underlined. So it works until close the application.

This is (unfortunately) due to bugs in the KDE Spell Checking framework then. Please report a bug at bugs.kde.org.
