Konqueror filemanager: Edit menu, no "Select All" entry??

There are no "Select All" and "Invert Selection" entry in Edit menu in Konqueror.

And, also, 'Ctrl + Shift + A' hotkey does not do invert selection like in Dolphin.

I think you will find that Ctrl-A still works but there is no pattern selection any longer; instead you can select individual files/folders by clicking on the + in the top left hand corner or using Ctrl-A and clicking on the - in the top left hand corner to remove those you don't want to include.

This requires care on small icons as misjudgement can undo all those existing selections.

It's back in KDE4.4beta1, now it's Konqueror> view> selection> select all, both Ctrl+A and Ctrl+Shift+A work in konqueror.
