Is there any way to force System Monitor to display the processor architecture (e.g. x86 vs x64) for all the running processes? I haven't been able to figure out how to do this and I miss that feature which is in Task Manager and Process Explorer in Windows and Activity Monitor in OS X.

Not quite sure what you meant, but for CPU arch use:
Code: Select all
uname -m

HP Pavilion dv9680
Slackware64-current | kernel 2.6.32 | kde 4.4beta2 | QT 4.6 | opera 10.10
