Happens every time.

This started after my upgrade from KDE 4.4.1 to 4.4.2

Interestingly enough, sound works fine when tested in Multimedia > Device Preferences > Audio Output (all selections).

Well, go figure. I switched the Multimedia Backend from GStreamer back to Xine and now System Notifications no longer cause the crash.
