Would someone please explain what the Activate button does in the Notifications and Jobs pop-up? It shows up when a download finishes. Clicking on it does not seem to do anything. This appears to only show up on my netbook but not my desktop. As far as I am aware, I'm running pretty much the same packages on both, sidux on both machines.

This shouldn't be shown if it does nothing. Please update to KDE 4.4, and if you can reproduce, please file a bug at bugs.kde.org.

I'm using the latest sidux 2010 updated to today. KDE version reads as 4:4.4-1. These packages look like they installed on June 18th. This Activate button has been there for a month or more on my eeePC 1000. It has never shown up on my Desktop machine (Pentium IV 2.6G) also running sidux 2010 updated to last week.

Doesn't appear to do anything. Seems harmless enough. Mostly I was curious as to what it was supposed to do.
