Is anyone using Kgpg with KDE 4.5.1?

Fri Nov 12, 2010 11:22 pm
I'm still having to rely on Kleopatra for encryption and decryption on my Kubuntu MM system. Same story as in this thread, from early September 2010:

viewtopic.php?f=22&t=90010&p=169460&hilit=kgpg#p168949

What's the deal with Kgpg? It's great in 3.5. Sure would be nice to have confidence in its continued availability.

I suggest filing a bug at bugs.kde.org so the appropriate maintainers are informed of breakages in their applications.

Thanks. I've never filed a bug report before and will consider doing so. But it seems as if---as a matter of courtesy---it's the poster's obligation to look through the existing reports to avoid duplication, and when I looked there were 49 of them.

As for others using or trying to use Kgpg: I take it the answer is "no"...
