It should be really trivial to tell the underlying GDB to "continue",
but for me it is not. I've meandered around in the menus looking for
either "continue" or a command line interface. They both have to be
there, but they are just not obvious enough. "run" normally means
start from the beginning, but you have a "restart", so I tried "run".
Nope. Doesn't hit any breakpoints and looks like everything is reset
for a restart. Where is the CLI interface? Why is something that
ought to be utterly obvious so thoroughly obscured? Thank you.
