Hi.

I am wondering if you guys can recommend a KDE Twitter client that supports lists management, much like TwitterDeck and HootSuite? I use HootSuite on my iPhone and can't use Twitter without being able to access my various lists.

If the client supports lists natively, that'd be perfect. If not, but if it allows me to create local lists to manage, that'd be acceptable.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

(PS) I've tried Qwit and Choqok. Qwit wouldn't even let me log in. Choqok does not seem to support lists.

I am a newbie, so consider that, however, I noticed no one even tried to help. If you have Synaptic Package Manager installed on your system, type in "choqok"; it is a kde application that seems to offer what you need. I don't twitter, so I am not possitive this is what you are looking for, but reading the package content explanation seems to offer what I think you are looking for. Good Luck!

Hi,

just stumbled over you post when I tried to search how to use lists with Qwit. I haven't found a way yet, but I just figured out how to use lists with Choqok. You're post is a bit older but maybe you're still looking for the answer or someone else is.

In Choqok the function is a bit hidden. I've been using it for some time an ways always searching for the list function. Now I found it.
Click on the button "more", then on "add user list" (or something like this, I'm using it in german, so I just guess the englisch descriptions of the buttons). Now you enter you're own user name and click "load list" and then you can choose from your lists, They will appear as seperate tab in the main window of Choqok.

Also worth trying is Turpial. A nice client can present you you're streams and list in three columns (similar to Tweetdeck).
