you need to install the restricted extras ppa to play things like flash and mp3's

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats

the translation of the notification: "Some extra packages can be installed to extend the functionality of Web Browser rekonq"

I may not be understanding the bold quote below, however, if I do, it may be a problem I have not yet posted but have a temporary solution. I am a newbie, so perhaps not qualified to post a reply, however, I do not think using my solution (if the correct answer) can damage or hurt your system at all to try.

"Bu I saw a message askiing for an authorisation but in didn't let me to do nothing, can somebody help me."

Sometimes when I install a file or application, my password is required, yet the box that contains the password entry is not brought to the top of the desktop, where I can see it and fulfill the command. It kind of sounds like that is happening to you.

I found the 'password entry container' by minimizing open applications from the desktop, and found that container at the bottom covered by other open applications. When I included my password, things worked as I expected. I am still unsure of how to describe things, but what I mean when I say 'password entry container' is this:

When I use the package manager to install a package, a popup window appears that has a place to enter my root password to authorize the computer to make changes to the system. That popup box is what I mean when I wrote 'password entry container', a place to include your root password.

I hope this is helpful; good luck!
