Battery Monitor, how to get back to auto mode?

I'm using Kubuntu 10.04 Lucid and KDE 4.5 from Lauchpad/PPA.

In the last weekend I made a travel with my notebook (Dell Latitude), and while I was waiting to board the plane, I opened the laptop, and started studying for some certifications.

As I knew that the travel could take longer than the battery charge, I opened battery monitor and changed the energy profile to "Aggressive Powersave".

Later that day in the hotel room, I plugged the power cord and got something else to do. When I came back to the notebook, I saw that it was suspended, even with the lid open, even with power cord plugged in.

So I noticed that if I manually change the energy profile, battery monitor stops selecting it automatically from energy state.

Is there any way to get battery monitor to "auto mode", besides logging out or restarting the machine?
