Hi,

I'm using Kubuntu 11.04, with KDE 4.7, and KPackageKit has stopped working, giving the following error message:-

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem

Does anyone know what the problem is, and how to fix it?

FWIW, I only started using Linux late last year, and have no experience of the command line!

Sussed it out - simply typed sudo dpkg --configure -a into the terminal, and it's now working again
