Hi,
I'm having a net connection which has a free time of 2 to 8 AM. So I wrote a shell script which will automatically start the unfinished torrent in a torrent client, if the sys time @ startup is b/w 2 and 3, and shut down the system when it is 8'o clk Bt, I want to b more lazy, and I don't want to interrupt my sleep , by wake-up - switch-on CPU - switch off monitor- process. I want to update that program. Is there any way to wake up the CPU from hibernate/ even sleep ? I got a ton of commands to hibernate. bt got nothing to reverse it. Pls do help |

As far as I am aware, a computer - unless it has manufacturer supplied functionality in the BIOS - cannot be woken from sleep. If you have another system which is online, and this system uses a wired network connection, you may want to try WoL (Wake on Lan) to wake it from Hibernate/Sleep.
