Found notning in Kexi 2.5 commands.
Found scrimport in example Readexample... which doesn't work.

At the time I forecast
1/export the existing table and delete it
2/modify it out of Kexi with a script
3/import with Kexi command

does someone see a better way ?

This is good enough approach. Alternative could be to change 2. to:

2/modify it out of Kexi in a spreadsheet
