Hi, this is the first time I am using kexi. The database ist very fit to my purposes, to register cornerstones. In the formular the webbrowser shows the right details (map) from OSM. But to conceptualize the report with web-view the result is obsolet. It shows only a little part of the central point of the OSM-map. I think this is not really trivial.
Is there any solution possible? albrecht

Hi Albrecht,
Thanks for using Kexi! It would help if you present some screen shots or even a sample .kexi file that demonstrates the issue. |

Hi Jarek,
you're right. Here are some more infomations. OS: Manajaro KDE 64 Bit. I send you a link to 2 Images. (Don't find a way to send it with this text). Hope you can open my images. The blank page is the result from the report. https://cloud.1und1.de/ngcloud/external ... e=32677053 I think I should better use a normal (static) image instead a dynamic from OSM. But I did'nt find the trick to show it in the report. Can you help. Albrecht p.s. For what reason you use a record card? When I try to delete it in the formular, Kexi crashes.

Thanks, that's good info. And Kexi version is? Please always mention it, it's a fundamental info
I do confirm it's known issue that maps do not interact well with reports. That improved in 2.9.0: From the changelog: Fix support for multiple maps on a single report. Due to issues in Marble that is used for maps, that is a partial improvement, user still has to close and reopen the report to have the maps displayed properly. Bug #336986 -- https://community.kde.org/Kexi/Releases ... s_in_2.9.0 Web pages render well on reports: http://i.imgur.com/Gk0pcll.png ...except after the 1st page they are blank. Just checked and noted. If you email me (privately) part of your database (you can remove unnecessary tables, forms, etc. and data) . And could you please explain exact way to reproduce the crash in details? J |

Please re-upload the images, the link https://cloud.1und1.de/ngcloud/external ... e=32677053 does not work anymore. This is a problem for other looking for the issue. I propose to upload to solid place, e.g. to https://community.kde.org/Special:Upload (give the file a name containing the forum's subject name or so, mention it's related to kexi).
I use http://imgur.com but I should stop since uploads can and will disappear... |

A shared identity can be created at https://identity.kde.org/index.php?r=registration/index and used for KDE wikis.

too sad, to talk here about my stupidity. I am unable to login, I do not understand the KDE-Identity.
To my apology: the way of KDE differs form other registrations ...
