Opening a .DB file (PARADOX)

Tue Jun 23, 2015 3:42 pm
Hello!
I need to use a paradox database, and I installed Kexi. But the programm does not work properly: I become a error message, saying that the format is not supported. Can anyone help me? Thank you very much!
Miguel.

Hi Miguel. Thanks for trying Kexi.
That's true, Paradox format isn't supported. It is possible to support it if someone with enough time or money is interested, it's much easier than supporting Access format. So far Kexi offers most popular features.

Best regards.

you might wish to Google for db converters and convert it into something Kexi can process

Yes that's a good hint. To SQLite, CSV/TSV files or some server database.
