PostgreSQL Driver for Kexi

Mon Oct 16, 2017 4:35 pm
I have PostgreSQL installed on ubuntu and would like to access the database with Kexi.

Is it possible? I have calligra installed as well. Is there a version of ubuntu / Kexi / PostgreSQL that work together?

I have tried to Google and install the driver kexi-postgresql-driver and calligra-kexi-postgresql-driver, but have not been able to locate them.

Can you help?

Kexi 2 is no longer supported (well, for free). Kexi 3 is; please try to extend your operating system with suitable repoisitory. There is thread for Ubuntu: viewtopic.php?f=221&t=141395. For detailed information on searching and installation of software on Ubuntu please refer its help or its forums.

Technically, Kexi connects PostgreSQL if the driver is installed. It's one of two primary server technologies used by Kexi for years.

Details on connecting to servers can be found in the FAQ, point A1.2 at http://kexi-project.org/wiki/wikiview/i ... xiFAQ.html.
