I want to display an image in a local shortcut.

I am not sure I fully know what do you mean but if you want to assign shortcut like CTRL+ALT+something to a form button then there is not such feature but you can assign an accelerator, e.g. if you name your button &Foo then Alt+F will be its accelerator, like a short cut. Always with Alt though.
