I tried creating a report with some data, a field of text is longer than a single line of text for the field: I expected it to be wrapped below, by the height of a line-height.
However, it's pretty messed up, with the subsequent lines spaced (at least) three times the text height, and even broken like every single word, until the remaining text fills the line width... I tried it with different fonts, unsuccessfully. Moreover, when I tried exporting as a PDF the file name is proposed in *nix/Linux format, and not in the native Windows one, then I get "/usr/xxx/..." that can't be modified to anything valid for this system: it ends up messing everything and saying the file name is invalid. I'm sure that something is wrong here, otherwise, I can't see how others can run it on Windows... I'm running version 3.2.0 on Windows 11 pro x64 L. |

Hi
I've seen the problem for the Text element. Could you please use Field element instead and enable word wrap? Maybe it can work OK. There is CanGrow property that can be enabled too. We've been thinking about merging these two types of elements, Text and Field, because currently they serve the same purpose. It needs to be carefuly planned however because of backward compatibility. Regarding the file path, was the KEXI file previously used on Linux? A screen shot would be useful here.
