Using query results as form source

Is it possible to use a query as a form source.. . I do not care is the form is editable ... so far I can't make this happen ...thanks for all your help....

I checked it in 3.2 and it is likely a regression. We wanted it to work. Do you see a "#NAME?" text in the fields?
