I have created a project by importing a table from a CSV file. Then I created a report with data from this table.
One field is a date. It has been well imported, after I set the format of the column.
I see it is stored in ISO format YYYY-mm-dd.
In the report, the date is still in this format, but I would like to have it in the localised format. But I don't find in the properties something to set the format.
Have I missed something?
Is this possible?
Would it be the same if I used MySQL for storing the project?

I also have a table where the dates are stored in YYYY-mm-dd and when displayed in a form they are displayed in dd/mm/yyyy
When you insert the "Date Piker" component what formatting do you have?

In a Datepicker, the format is dd/mm/yyyy

I actually have the same problems.

Kexi has many limitations

in the report I can't find options to display in dd/mm/yyyy
whereas in the form it is automatically recognized.

The only solution that I found (but which is not necessarily adapted to your project) and to initially put in your csv file the desired format and to put it in text format
When importing, you must specify the format of the "text" column

You confirm me that I didn't miss something.
What you propose can be a workaround in case that the field in not used as date, but only for displaying purpose.
