Hi, I've got a problem with date fields in Kexi 2.3.3 on Ubuntu 11.04.
- First, I create a database. In this base, I put a text field, which is at the "date" format (subtype: Date, I want no time) - Then, I create a form, and I add a text field, linked to my date field. - When I leave the design mode, the text "_______//" is in my date field. I can't type any coherent date in this field. My Ubuntu is in french, I think there is a compatibility problem with date formats. Anyway, entering dates in the KDE format (I think it's something like "yyyymmdd") wouldn't be a problem for me... but I actually can't enter any kind of date. What do you think about that? Regards |

Hi, thanks for the information.
I confirm the defect. It's a regression in Kexi 2. I will let you know when it is fixed. It would be good for all other users (and Kexi authors) if you report the defect at bugs.kde.org. |
