I mean it will always increase a bit of the memory usage for file operations especially large ones and yours is holy large. I would just take smaller amounts of data to copy.

This certainly appears to be a memory leak.
Are you able to check with Valgrind to see where these leaks could possibly be? This may help a developer to quickly resolve this. Also, it is possible that it may have been fixed in KDE 4.9.0, so if possible, please try upgrading to 4.9.0 to see if that helps.

I upgraded my kde to version 4.9, but problem is still exists. I try to use valgrind to check program. I have no experience with this program, but it seems that even simple start dolphin under valgrind indicates a memory leak.

Which program did you check here?
If it was Dolphin or Konqueror, this won't be able to help you because file i/o operations are carried out through KIO which uses external processes to interact with files. In regards to this specific trace, it looks fairly ordinary (the issues with fontconfig are known, but outside of KDE's control).
