The Git SCM website recently got an upgrade from its old site. The new website's source is on Github. How about having a similar upgrade to the Dolphin website?

I am a front-end HTML5 developer and I am willing to contribute to this effort. We can use HTML5 Boilerpate, Twitter Bootstrap/Zurb - Foundation etc. and build an awesome responsive website.

Please let me know if upgrading the website is a good idea or not. Thank you!
