Hello, I love dolphin, but I can't find a way to sort files manually. Is there an option that I missed? If there is not, it would be great to have such option. Thank you

Hello, I mean manual sorting like in Win XP's explorer. To rearrange folders with drag and drop, without any criterion.

so if you have 3 folders named a,b and c you would like to have them displayed and remembered in the order a,c,b (which would be manually sorted)? I can't think of any way to do this in KDE
found an old post saying Nautilus (the Gnome file manager) could do it but the post complained about how it actually functioned and displayed |

there's actually 2 ways:
1) post in the Brain Storm forum which allows users to vote and demonstrate the popularity of an idea 2) post a wish list on bugs.kde.org (which also has a voting capability) also at some point the developer may note this post and comment on its feasibility |
